In keeping with the overall mission of LBCC, the focus of the Men's Ministry is on building Godly men who desire to be strong servant-leaders.  We believe that strong families help to build a strong church and a strong society.  Strong families are, when built according to God’s plan, led by (spiritually) strong men.

We believe a man MUST develop a consistent and strong prayer life in order to operate effectively as a Godly leader in his family.  Therefore, we emphasize the importance of prayer and make it a focus during our monthly men’s fellowship meetings.  In addition to prayer, we also spend time in sharing and fellowship.  Our meetings are a "safe place" where men can address issues common only to men. It is a ministry where men encourage each other and draw strength from one another.

We firmly believe Proverbs 27:17
